Based in Ireland, with easy access to Dublin airport, we support clients in several countries. We communicate with you wherever you are, if not in person, then via video call, email and phone.

We take time to understand your business. As well as prioritising functional solutions, we emphasise user-friendliness in your interfaces, insisting on accurate terminology and good grammar to ensure clear communication.

For websites, we find the best theme and plug-ins for your needs, then customise a child theme for a unique look-and-feel with your preferred colours, fonts and images. If your content is in bullet points, we flesh it out. If it is fully written, we edit it to work on the web.

Once your ideas take visible form, changes may occur to you, so we try ideas in a Staging environment before moving them to Live. Also, with secure access to our project management tools, you can record needs, ideas, queries, and issues, and track progress.

All active sites and business software require maintenance … keeping WordPress, plugins, and interfaces up to date; performing backups; resolving compatibility issues; and occasional bug-fixing and configuration changes. Our maintenance contract includes hosting and software upgrades as standard, and offers other support levels as appropriate for your project.

We tailor our service to your needs. Either we take full responsibility for maintenance after launch, or we coach you to take on some tasks and so reduce your costs.

In fact we’ve maintained relationships with all our clients for many years. We don’t have a huge portfolio of websites because we remain engaged with existing clients, responding to their changing needs over time. Sometimes we coach them. Sometimes we co-create with them. Often, we solve problems for them, enabling them to focus on their business without interruption.

Get IT Write creates websites and blogs for authors and small businesses, and more complex sites for charities and companies.

Our web development expertise began with sites for authors, which Tia hand-coded in HTML and CSS, and for which she created the content. We later enhanced these with PHP and Javascript. After discovering WordPress in 2006, we have never looked back.

Tia helps clients clarify their vision via coaching and business analysis, and writes specifications. Working closely with the client, she also writes and edits content for web pages and blog posts.

We then find the best themes to serve clients’ needs and use our coding skills to enhance design and function. Further, Eyal can add animation for interest, and we can help with sourcing and preparing images.

Eyal has over 30 years’ experience in developing software, including three very large systems:

• As Technical Director of Rental Technologies Ltd, Israel, he was sole developer of RentPro car rental management software for Budget Holland, Hertz, Elite, etc.
• Later, he was Magic Software Enterprises’ “Chief Magician” in Turkey, the Senior Developer Consultant guiding the dev team for the huge Koc Allianz Insurance.
• In London, UK, he was a Senior Team Leader for Pilat Media’s IBMS (Integrated Broadcast Management System), for over 40 clients, including BSkyB, TVNZ, Sky NZ, Southern Cross, BBC World, Sky Italia, CTV, CBS, Fox, Disney, etc. (Pilat Media is now SintecMedia Ltd. d/b/a Operative.)

Tia was offered the Communications Manager role at Rental Technologies due to her work on RentPro. She later became Head of QA and Documentation at Pilat Media, London.

Tia grew up in a property company, worked as an EAAB-certified estate agent, and promoted the innovative FURS (Follow-Up Reminder Service) software to estate agencies in South Africa. She and Eyal worked together to set up and extensively customise a commercial real estate CRM and property transaction facilitation system using Salesforce and PropertyBase, for RealCorp Luxembourg.
