LEASED: Office in Staccato, Kirchberg

The beautiful new five-storey Staccato building is located on the corner of Rue Erasme and Boulevard Konrad Adenauer in Kirchberg. Its elegant facade of dark glass overlaid with an arrhythmic filigree of delicate beige concrete stelae is stunning and memorable. Further, this exterior aptly communicates the value and values of the building as a whole.

Completed in 2019, Staccato was a Participant in the Luxembourg Architecture Award of 2019. The building has been described as “sculptural” and “luminous”. Also, it uses innovative systems and adopts a responsible and environmentally friendly approach. For instance, it is equipped with a geothermal system and a heat exchanger, with passive heating and cooling production due to active slabs. Accordingly, it has received a BREEAM “Very good” certification. (more…)

IKAROS 2.0 in Luxembourg comes into its own

With the introduction of three significant new tenants by RealCorp Luxembourg, the second incarnation of IKAROS 2.0, Luxembourg has truly begun! We are delighted that, due to our efforts, most of the space in this highly flexible office complex is now taken.

A quick recap: What is IKAROS 2.0 in Luxembourg?

This attractive complex in Kalchesbréck, Luxembourg, originally built between 2002-2005, offers office space to companies of all sizes. Additionally, it now provides a generous retail area to serve them.

Located in Howald, this industrial storage facility topped by office space is both spacious and convenient. Just on the edge of Luxembourg city, the location’s appeal is that it is close enough to the centre for access, while far enough away to offer ample space at a reasonable price.

Howald is a town in the commune of Hesperange, in southern Luxembourg. The town lies on the border of the south-eastern suburban quarter of South Bonnevoie, on the very edges of Luxembourg city. As of 2006, the town has a population of 4,760, making it the most populous town in the commune and the 22nd most populous in Luxembourg.

Although slightly out-of-town, Still accessible via train and highway, the location has all of the advantages and few of the inconveniences that often come with a space dedicated to storage. (more…)
